Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Learova platform (learova.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

If you are under 18, your use of the platform is with the consent and under the supervision of your guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made from your account.

2. Your account

Registration is via a Google or Apple account only. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

• The account may be used on at most 3 devices
• Video playback is allowed on 2 devices at the same time
• Sharing your account with others is an explicit violation and leads to suspension without refund
• You can remove any registered device from your account settings at any time

3. Content and intellectual property

All courses are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their instructors. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to watch the content for personal use only.

• Screen recording, filming, or copying by any means is prohibited
• Republishing, reselling, or sharing in groups or on other platforms is prohibited
• Using the content for commercial teaching or inside an institution without a written agreement is prohibited
• Violating the above exposes you to legal liability in addition to account closure

4. Purchases and payment

VAT may be added at checkout at the statutory rate of your country where the platform holds a tax registration there; it is itemized before you confirm payment. Where no registration exists, no tax is collected.

Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.

A purchase document is issued for every order — a tax invoice where a tax registration exists, otherwise a purchase receipt — available in your purchase history.

5. Access to content

The access period for each course is stated on its page and at checkout: courses sold as “lifetime” remain accessible as long as the platform operates and the course remains available, while limited-period courses expire at the end of the period stated at the time of purchase — your certificate, progress, and invoices remain in your account, and access can be renewed by repurchasing. Every purchase is governed by the period stated at that time, and anything purchased before limited periods were introduced keeps its permanent access as sold.

Content may be updated or a course archived. When a course is archived, enrolled students keep their access for the remainder of the access period stated at purchase.

If the platform shuts down, we commit to notifying you at least 60 days in advance.

6. User conduct

The following are prohibited in Q&A, reviews, and any interactive space:

• Abuse, bullying, or discrimination
• Content violating applicable laws or public decency
• Advertising and promotional links
• Impersonating others

7. Instructors

Instructors are fully responsible for the originality of their content and for owning its rights. The platform reviews quality but does not guarantee the content is free of rights violations.

The platform retains a 30% service fee on every sale; the remainder is paid to the instructor according to the payout policy.

8. Changes to these terms and policies

Learova may amend these terms and any of its policies — privacy, refunds, terms of use, pricing, and available features — at any time and at its discretion. The updated version takes effect from the date it is published on the site.

Material changes are announced by email a reasonable period before they take effect; continued use afterwards means acceptance.

Changes are not retroactive to past purchases: your right to refund a purchase made before a change remains governed by the refund policy in force at the time of that purchase.

Learova may also update or archive course content and disable features (such as coupons or free previews) at any time — anyone who purchased a course before it was archived keeps their access to it for the remainder of the access period stated at purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
